Showplace is built on personalized services … meaning your lawn will be treated according to it's own special needs. All of our services are fully customized to meet individual lawn requirements. What this simply means is you're going to feel good about what we do, and your lawn will especially like our attention to detail.

Our standard program includes five treatments per season, as opposed to some companies now offering up to seven or more applications. Although we recommend five visits, we don't require you take all five, allowing our customers to select a treatment schedule that meets their budget and needs. Applications occur between mid-late February and early December, and normally seven to eight weeks apart.

Prepayment discounts are available, and we offer generous customer referral discounts to our customers … up to $35.00 for every new customer you send our way.

  • Dry, Granular Fertilizer, using slow-release, non-burning products that evenly supply nutrients to your lawn, gradually, as the lawn needs it.
  • Supplemental Iron applications, for better color and overall turf quality.
  • Soil Amendments, designed to improve soil chemistry, increase plant tolerance of disease and summer stress and for winter color.
  • Multiple applications of Pre-Emergent Herbicide, "crabgrass preventer," using a product that we've used successfully since 1988!
  • Broadleaf weed controls, to keep those dandelions, chickweed and other pesky weeds under control.
  • Post-emergent controls for grassy weeds, including Nutsedge … free of charge.
  • Surface Insect controls as-needed for billbug, chinch bug, sod webworm and greenbug aphid - included in your five-treatment program.
  • Soil testing is free of charge, upon request.
  • Free service calls and on-site consultations, upon request.
